This place is fantastic! Initially you are greeted from a friendly reception staff. After that, the PT services are phenomenal. I have been working with Dr. Igor for a few weeks now and certainly couldn’t be happier. He was away on vacation and I subsequently had 2 other PTs on his time off and they were just as knowledgeable and helpful. Also, every PT I met there was an athlete and they understand the demands of getting you back to the sports you enjoy. I truly recommend this place to anyone looking for rehab.

The staff here are awesome! I’ve gone to a lot of different PT places and felt pretty frustrated trying to get back to normal with chronic back pain. The individualized attention at every visit was just what I needed and they were always thinking of new ideas to help me strengthen my muscles and recover. I dislocated my knee and prior of that i had a full ACL reconstruction, my expectations of playing again were low. But after the rehab at Health and Fitness I was able to recover at 100% with no limitations, and was able to go back and play soccer in 5 months. All this with there help, and completing the exersices at home as they directed. Great place to rehab at!
