I went in with horrible shoulder and neck pain that limited me from doing regular activities– I honestly didn’t expect that much since it was my initial visit. However, Dr. Basinger conducted a comprehensive assessment and explained the cause of my pain. Moreover, he then proceeded with hands on therapies and taught me at home exercises to alleviate my pain. I walked out of there feeling like a new person! Highly recommend this facility for any physical therapy.

I dislocated my knee, and prior of that I had a full ACL reconstruction, my expectations of playing soccer again were low. But after the rehab at Health and Fitness, I was able to recover at 100% with no limitations, and was able to go back and play soccer in 5 months. All this with their help, and completing the exercises at home as they directed. Great place to rehab at! I recommend 100%!!!

I had my right hip replacement (THR) on 1/14/2020. Dr. Brian Kennedy is an excellent physical therapist. He is very skilled and highly educated for patients with new hips. I would highly recommend new “hippies ” to Health and Fitness Professionals. That’s me in the yellow shirt on the right with my siblings. Latest update @ 2/5/2021. I have been going to Health and Fitness Professionals for over a year now. Physical Therapists Mitch, Katie, and Brian made a great impact in my quality of life.

I’ve been going to Health and Fitness professionals for a long time. The staff is excellent across the board. From therapists, assistant(s), scheduling and billing. The therapists are phenomenal and work with each other across disciplines to ensure the treatment is consistently beneficial. I could name each person individually with something nice to say – but, don’t wish to embarrass anyone ;-) it’s like a big family and I’m glad I found them. Kudos for a job well done.
