This AMAZING doctor and his team rehabbed me after an ALC/MCL/ Meniscus surgery. Thanks to his expertise, I was up and running faster than most people with similar surgeries. I never write reviews but I after my experience with Health & Fitness Professionals I figured no better time than to start now. I was referred here by a friend after I strained my knee during a soccer game. From the initial scheduling process to my follow up consultation, I was incredibly pleased with how the entire experience transpired. I was able to schedule my first appointment with little to no hassle and was seen by Dr. Brito a few short days after my phone call. The entire facility is well kept and they don’t appear to overbook patients which is typically one of my biggest concerns as I was seen immediately when I arrived at my scheduled time. Dr. Brito was excellent, he listened to my concerns, allowed me to explain in detail the moments that lead up to my injury and exactly what I heard and felt when it occurred. He took the time to explain exactly the type of injury sustained, how it currently affects me, how it may impact me in the future and the options available to me as far as a course of treatment. I have only been to one other PT office, who’s name I will omit for the sake of staying on topic but I can say with much confidence that you would be hard pressed to find a better set of doctors than the staff at Health and Fitness Professionals.

I dislocated my knee and prior of that i had a full ACL reconstruction, my expectations of playing again were low. But after the rehab at Health and Fitness I was able to recover at 100% with no limitations, and was able to go back and play soccer in 5 months. All this with there help, and completing the exersices at home as they directed. Great place to rehab at!

i have been coming here for over 6 months and this team is amazing to say the least. they are not only super skilled in what they do, but they also make you feel super comfortable and at home. my treatments have sadly come to an end and i never would’ve thought i would be sad to leave a chiro office. i will definitely be coming back to visit them and i highly recommend this practice to anyone. 11/10

Dr. Sean and his staff are wonderful! Very friendly and always made me feel welcome. When I started, with my lower back pain, I could barely bend over. Dr. Sean walked me through every stretch and exercise explaining how and why, giving me a better understanding of how to prevent further injury, while also helping me to regain strength and mobility. I feel like now I can live a normal active life again thanks to Dr. Sean’s expertise care!
