5 tips for improving hydration
- Try to drink half of your body weight in oz. of water per day
- Eat foods that are high in water content, such as melons, lettuce, and cucumbers
- Carry a reusable water bottle with you throughout the day and fill it up when you can
- Add a pinch of salt to your water every now and then to keep your electrolytes balanced
- Avoid drinks that are high in sugar and caffeine, such as soda and coffee
