I dislocated my knee, and prior of that I had a full ACL reconstruction, my expectations of playing soccer again were low. But after the rehab at Health and Fitness, I was able to recover at 100% with no limitations, and was able to go back and play soccer in 5 months. All this with their help, and completing the exercises at home as they directed. Great place to rehab at! I recommend 100%!!!

As a former athlete and someone who works hard at staying strong and in shape, I have had my fair share of injuries in different parts of my body over the years. I’ve also had many experiences with many different physical therapy clinics & unfortunately, not all have been good. I have had a few that have been great, however, and this was one of them. Overall, the staff at Health and Fitness is very warm, friendly and accommodating. I had no trouble rescheduling, pushing or canceling appointments and was met with nothing but kindness when doing so. Elise and Crystal were the two main people I spoke with when scheduling appointments and they couldn’t have been nicer. I was treated by Drs. Alex & Igor for my injuries. Both were extremely knowledgeable & very good at explaining the inner workings of my injuries and what I needed to do to get better. I had lots of questions that they were able to answer with confidence and conviction. I couldn’t have been happier with the experience and will definitely be recommending Health and Fitness to anyone I know.

Katie and company! Are awesome. So much knowledge runs through this place. Recently, just had a football injury and tore my ACL. The prehab before surgery was much needed and recommended by Katie. And now in recovery mode to get myself back to 100%. The staff makes you feel very comfortable and listens to all your problems and concerns. 10 stars in my opinion! See ya at the next session!

This place is amazing. The entire staff is down to earth, friendly, and even funny! I’ve got a bunch of issues, and they can accommodate ALL of them.. 2 months ago, my ankles were swelling like crazy, and needed to see vascular specialist. Every place I called had a minimum 3 week wait. These guys got me in the very next day. Now I’m dealing with back issues and need pain management and physical therapy. They again, got me in 2 days after I called. I saw one pain management dr already, but wanted a 2nd opinion and somewhere closer to home. They were nothing short of amazing, and did trigger shots my first visit helping my lower back almost instantly. My only complaint is that I didn’t know they offered more than physical therapy months ago, lol. Highly recommend them for many many medical needs!!

I went in with horrible shoulder and neck pain that limited me from doing regular activities– I honestly didn’t expect that much since it was my initial visit. However, Dr. Basinger conducted a comprehensive assessment and explained the cause of my pain. Moreover, he then proceeded with hands on therapies and taught me at home exercises to alleviate my pain. I walked out of there feeling like a new person!
