Briana Moritzen is an Occupational Therapist at the Health and Fitness Professionals office located in Woodbridge, NJ. She attended the University of Scranton where she graduated with both her Bachelor of Health Science in 2020 and Master of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy in 2022. Briana has clinical experience in long-term care, psychiatric, pediatric, subacute nursing, and outpatient orthopedics and has worked with various populations and ages ranging from 2-month-olds to geriatrics. Briana has treated diverse conditions including cognitive impairments, neuromuscular deficits, post-surgical orthopedic conditions, progressive diseases, acute injuries, and chronic injuries.
Briana is passionate about treating the upper extremity and sports related injuries; she is certified in PAMs and dynamic splinting and hopes to gain more certifications to continue to provide quality care and further help people reach their full potential.
When not treating or taking courses, Briana enjoys spending time with her dog and being outdoors – whether it’s relaxing at the beach, sailing on a lake, going on a run, or hiking trails. She also enjoys reading a good book, painting, and checking out trendy food and coffee spots.
